
July 31st Steak Night
It was a wonderful time cooking for everyone Thursday night! We are very thankful for everyone of you who show us support, we love the opportunity to get to cook for y’all!! We were able to serve 34 dinners on the night and are always thankful for your support!

The favorite dinners of the night were the Ribeye Steaks! We had a total of four steaks to choose from! They were seared with salt & pepper in a cast iron skillet. Each steak was topped with homemade Bordeaux garlic butter and accompanied with a side of your choice of potatoes! It also came with your choice of vegetables. We had four options to choose from and 9 side options in total!
Our side choices ranged from Traditional Mashed Potatoes to Summer Berry side salads, Sautéed Brussel Sprouts, Seared Pineapple Steaks, Honey Butter Carrots, Garlic Parmesan Fries, Scalloped Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes along with a Mixed Mushroom & Herb Risotto! Each and every side was prepped by hand carefully for your delicious enjoyment. We hope you all had a great time with everything!

Finally one last thank you to EVERYONE for your support and encouragement to make this event a wonderful success! We hope to continue our growth and success and standards in our future dinners!! We hope to see you next week for Wings & Burgers 😁 🍔
