July 31st Steak Night

It was a wonderful time cooking for everyone Thursday night! We are very thankful for everyone of you who show us support, we love the opportunity to get to cook for y’all!! We were able to serve 34 dinners on the night and are always thankful for your support!

The favorite dinners of the night were the Ribeye Steaks! We had a total of four steaks to choose from! They were seared with salt & pepper in a cast iron skillet. Each steak was topped with homemade Bordeaux garlic butter and accompanied with a side of your choice of potatoes! It also came with your choice of vegetables. We had four options to choose from and 9 side options in total!

Our side choices ranged from Traditional Mashed Potatoes to Summer Berry side salads, Sautéed Brussel Sprouts, Seared Pineapple Steaks, Honey Butter Carrots, Garlic Parmesan Fries, Scalloped Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes along with a Mixed Mushroom & Herb Risotto! Each and every side was prepped by hand carefully for your delicious enjoyment. We hope you all had a great time with everything!

Finally one last thank you to EVERYONE for your support and encouragement to make this event a wonderful success! We hope to continue our growth and success and standards in our future dinners!! We hope to see you next week for Wings & Burgers 😁 🍔

July 17th Burgers, Sandwiches & Lobster Rolls Dinner
It was a great time cooking for everyone Thursday night! We’re thrilled every time y’all come through the doors and allow us to cook for you. It’s your support that keeps us going! Tonight we were able to serve 28 dinners, along with 3 appetizers on the night!!

The favorite dinners of the night were the Lobster Rolls first, and the BBQ Porker Burger second. First, we sold 12 of the 16 lobster rolls that we had prepped for! Each one was made with butter-poached lobster tail meat, our homemade Lemon Thyme aioli, slivered celery, onions, and finished with minced parsley.
Secondly, deserving a shout out, was the BBQ Porker Burger. It was made with ground chuck, Swiss cheese, Canadian bacon, Cherrywood smoked pulled pork, applewood smoked bacon, BBQ sauce, and garlic mayo! It was a popular seller tonight.

Our side choices ranged from French fries to onion rings to fresh cucumber salad, sautéed green beans, potato salad, our summer berry side salad, or mashed potato wontons with homemade cheese sauce! Plus we have gluten free buns and all of our sides are or can be gluten free!! Ask us for more information next time 🙂

Each and every side was prepped by hand carefully for your delicious enjoyment. We hope you all had a great time with everything!

July 10th Pizza & Apps Dinner

It was a wonderful time cooking for everyone Thursday night! We are very thankful for everyone of you who show us support, we love the opportunity to get to cook for y’all. We were able to serve 35 diners on the night! We sold 5 Larges, 5 Personals, and 8 appetizers!

The favorite pizza of the night was the Meat Lovers Pizza! Each one was made with our homemade classic pizza dough, our homemade pizza sauce, a nice mix of mozzarella & provolone cheeses, along with Hormel Canadian Bacon, Rosa Grande pepperonis, seasoned beef, pork sausage, bacon, and a sweet drizzle of Mikes Hot Honey! We love them just as much as you do!

We were super thrilled to sell so many meatball appetizers last Thursday too. We make our meatballs from scratch using full fat pork sausage, mirepoix, herbs & spices, gluten free bread, and egg to bind it all together. If you haven’t tried them yet, we suggest you do next time!

Our side choices ranged from Garlic Parmesan French fries to cheese curds to caprese salads, Fresh Cucumber Salad, our spring berry side salad, or garlic Parmesan creamed corn. We also had a tasty Ham & Bean soup for another gluten-free option we provided!

Finally one last thank you to EVERYONE for your support and encouragement to make this event a wonderful success! We are so thankful for the direction our dinners are going. We are so thankful for our waitresses and their help too. We can’t wait to see y’all this Thursday for burgers & lobster rolls!!!
