July 10th Pizza & Apps Dinner
It was a wonderful time cooking for everyone Thursday night! We are very thankful for everyone of you who show us support, we love the opportunity to get to cook for y’all. We were able to serve 35 diners on the night! We sold 5 Larges, 5 Personals, and 8 appetizers!
The favorite pizza of the night was the Meat Lovers Pizza! Each one was made with our homemade classic pizza dough, our homemade pizza sauce, a nice mix of mozzarella & provolone cheeses, along with Hormel Canadian Bacon, Rosa Grande pepperonis, seasoned beef, pork sausage, bacon, and a sweet drizzle of Mikes Hot Honey! We love them just as much as you do!
We were super thrilled to sell so many meatball appetizers last Thursday too. We make our meatballs from scratch using full fat pork sausage, mirepoix, herbs & spices, gluten free bread, and egg to bind it all together. If you haven’t tried them yet, we suggest you do next time!
Our side choices ranged from Garlic Parmesan French fries to cheese curds to caprese salads, Fresh Cucumber Salad, our spring berry side salad, or garlic Parmesan creamed corn. We also had a tasty Ham & Bean soup for another gluten-free option we provided!
Finally one last thank you to EVERYONE for your support and encouragement to make this event a wonderful success! We are so thankful for the direction our dinners are going. We are so thankful for our waitresses and their help too. We can’t wait to see y’all this Thursday for burgers & lobster rolls!!!
