June 5th Pizza & Apps Dinner
It was a wonderful time cooking for everyone Thursday night! We are very thankful for everyone of you who show us support, we love the opportunity to get to cook for y’all. We were able to serve 35 diners on the night! We sold 10 Larges, 7 Personals, and 10 appetizers!
The favorite pizza of the night was the Meat Lovers Pizza! Each one was made with our homemade classic pizza dough, our homemade pizza sauce, a nice mix of mozzarella & provolone cheeses, along with Hormel Canadian Bacon, Rosa Grande pepperonis, seasoned beef, pork sausage, bacon, and a sweet drizzle of Mikes Hot Honey! These pizzas were a solid staple for our menu and will be available next time too.
Our side choices ranged from Garlic Parmesan French fries to cheese curds to caprese salads, Italian green beans, our spring berry side salad, or garlic Parmesan creamed corn. We also had a hearty herbal minestrone soup for dinner too that was a delicious side kick to pizza!
Finally one last thank you to EVERYONE for your support and encouragement to make this event a wonderful success! We are so thankful for the direction our dinners are going. We can’t wait to see y’all this Thursday for burgers & lobster rolls!!!
