SF @ RJ Steak Night Recap

April 17th Comfort Food Dinner

It was a wonderful time cooking for everyone Thursday night! We are very thankful for everyone of you who show us support, we love the opportunity to get to cook for y’all!!

Cast Iron Sirloins were one of our featured dishes for the night!

The favorite dinners of the night were the Sirloins! Each one was hand cut with a weight of 12 ounces minimum, and were seared with salt & pepper in a cast iron skillet. Each steak was topped with homemade Bordeaux garlic butter and accompanied with a side of your choice of potatoes! It also came with your choice of vegetables. We had three options to choose from and 8 side options in total!

Pan Seared Salmon with Pinot Citrus Butter were a featured dish of the night!

Our side choices ranged from Traditional Mashed Potatoes to Spring Berry side salads, Garlic Parmesan Creamed Corn, Honey Roasted Leeks, Lemon Pepper Broccoli, sweet Potato Casserole, Baby Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic, along with Roasted Asparagus Risotto! Each and every side was prepped by hand carefully for your delicious enjoyment. We hope you all had a great time with everything!

Finally one last thank you to EVERYONE for your support and encouragement to make this event a wonderful success! We hope to continue our growth and success and standards in our future dinners!! Steak night will be a regular rotated theme for our dinners!
