Gluten-free “Mini” Cheesecakes

Description

Our gluten-free products are made using gluten-free specific ingredients, containers and equipment. Our gluten-free line of baked goods are made with our 1:1 Rice flour blend and full-flavor ingredients like Nestle brand chocolate, fresh-made graham crackers and other house-made creations!

Choose one flavor per 1/2 dozen or up to 2 flavors per dozen.

Six flavors to choose from, such as:

~ Blueberry Cheesecake w/ GC crust, blueberry whipped cream, blueberry drizzle

~Caramel Apple Cheesecake w/ GC crust, homemade apple coulis, caramel sauce, Vanilla whipped cream

~ Caramel de Leche Cheesecake w/ Chocolate GC crust, Chocolate whipped cream, caramel and stout chocolate drizzled

~ Strawberry Cheesecake w/ GC crust, strawberry glaze, fresh fruit

~ Triple Berry Cheesecake w/ GC crust, Berry jam, fresh fruit

~ Turtle Cheesecake w/ Pecan crust, chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, candied pecans
