These Strawberry Cheesecake & Peaches and Cream Kolache sure aren’t the most perfectly filled pastries but they sure do make up for it with their twist of flavors!!
Each kolach is made from-scratch with our own authentically unique Czech dough recipe! We then proof and press each pastry by hand before we brush them up for baking. Finally, we fill each kolach with our scratch made fillings before we bake them to a golden brown deliciousness!!!
